Get a good view of the roads leading to the property and the drainage system?<\/li>\n<li><strong>Electricity: <\/strong>Ask for the main power source to your building. Check to see that all wires are properly packed and placed in a way that they are not visible to prevent accidents. Also confirm that the property has a constant electrical supply.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Estate Facilities: <\/strong>Facilities like perimeter fencing, security house, electricity source, road network and extra amenities to be provided for. Discuss these amenities with your inspection handler.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Roof: <\/strong>Request information about your roofing system and inspect it for cracks, leaks, and damage.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Foundation and Building structure<\/strong>: The foundation of the building is very important to how long the building will remain standing. Ask your inspection handler in-depth questions about the foundation.
