ThinkmintNG reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our standards or applicable law.

ThinkmintNG charges no fees to buyers or tenants for browsing listings. Agent service fees, where applicable, will be clearly communicated before any engagement. All fees are subject to Nigerian law and applicable tax regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

ThinkmintNG shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or reliance on any listing information. Our maximum liability in any circumstance shall not exceed fees paid to
us in the preceding three months.
